“Get Behind Me Satan”, Fani-Kayode Rebukes As Church Of Satan Comes After Him On Twitter

Nigeria’s former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani Kayode has emphatically rebuked the devil to get behind him after he got into a heated argument with the Church of Satan on Twitter.

Fani-Kayode took to Twitter to allege that the former New York City prosecutor, Linda Fairstein who led the prosecution of the Central Park Five case that  wrongfully convicted five teenagers — four blacks and one latino of raping a white female jogger at Central Park in 1989 is a member of the Church of Satan.

The case which was brought back to limelight by a Netflix original film, ‘When They See Us’ prompted Fani-Kayode to brand Linda Fairstein “a racist, witch and a member of the Church of Satan. She should be prosecuted and burnt at the stake with her books,” he stated.

The Church of Satan quickly refuted his claims, saying that Fernstein was not their member.

“Get thee behind me Satan!” Fani-Kayode rebuked, and the church responded by insisting; “We are right here in front of you telling you that you are making false, unfounded accusations and asking you nicely to please leave us out of it as it has nothing to do with us.”

He went ahead to cast and bind the group in ‘Jesus name’as he tweeted that “the devil is a liar; he was a liar and a murderer from the start and the father of lies.”

Fernstein whom Fani-Kayode accused of being a member of the group was adamant in prosecuting the teenage boys, and the film adaptation of the incident has led to discussions on the injustice done to the accused teens.
