In 2008, singer 9ice took home the Best Hip Hop Artiste Award at the MTV Africa Music Awards. A little over a decade after that win which is his biggest international award till date, the singer performed at the send-forth party of Alex Okosi – the man who brought MTV to Africa.
The singer had the guests dancing and singing along when he took to the stage at the party which took place this past Saturday at The Wings Complex, Victoria Island as he belted out the lyrics to his classic, ‘Gongo Aso’.
