Omawumi’s listening party for her new EP ‘In Her Feelings’ held on Saturday at The View Rooftop, Twin Waters, Lekki. All your favorite celebrities were there to grace the event and support the singer at the event that was hosted by Chigul.
Some of the celebrities who attended the listening party to listen to her new EP include Chris Ubosi, Toke Makinwa, Sheyi Shay, Ebuka, Bisola Aiyeola, Naeto C, Kelechi Amadi Obi, and Hilda Dokunbo.
The EP has 7 songs in it, including a single she has already dropped titled ‘Without You’. While announcing the release of the EP, Omawumi gave “special thanks to everyone who has contributed their sweat, time, support and money to this EP”. “May your well never run dry,” she said.
The EP features songs that address specific issues like family, relationships, and domestic violence. The singer herself performed all the songs in the EP for the A-class guests at the listening party.
She had a live band perform the songs with her as she thrilled the audience. She also took oust some time at the event to answer some personal questions from the audience.
Other people who were at the event included Lala Akindoju, Lamide Akintobi, Noble Igwe, Waje, Kate Henshaw, Etim Effiong, Kelechi Amadi, and Sunday Are to mention a few.
