NIGERIAN TO FACE THREE ARMS OF GOVERNMENT SOON : ISLAMZATION
ANALYST EXPRESSES CONCERN
An Abuja based public affairs analyst, Odidi Omoaka has expressed serious concern over the prospect of one religious sect gaining control of all three arms of the Nigerian government.
This he fears may come to fruition in a piece he wrote, tittled “APC: Party of the Muslim, By the Muslim, For the Muslim?”
Recall that presently, the country’s president, Muhammadu Buhari, who heads the executive arm is of the Muslim faith; Chief Justice of the federation, Tanko Mohammed -who presides over the Judicial arm – represent Islam; while the man touted as the potential president of the 9th senate (the legislative arm), Ahmed Lawan is also a Muslim.
According to him, this indicates that the APC views Nigerian Christians, especially those in the South, as children of a lesser god, who deserve no more than political crumbs.
