Despite being pictured grabbing his girlfriend’s backside during her prison visit to him, that’s as far as it’s going to go for imprisoned American rapper, Tekashi 6ix9ine who is currently in jail till September as he awaits his trial for gun possession, armed robbery and racketeering.

6ix9ine’s girlfriend, Jade, gave fans a first look at the Brooklyn-bred rapper behind bars earlier this week but according to The Blast, the Bureau of Prisons has strict rules for inmates and won’t allow conjugal visits.
“In most cases, handshakes, hugs and kisses (in good taste) are allowed at the beginning and end of a visit,” a Bureau official explained.
While the Bureau official wouldn’t comment on 6ix9ine’s pose in the aforementioned photo, it’s apparent correctional officers on duty allowed it slide that day.
The Bureau of Prisons enforces a rigid dress code discouraging visitors from wearing revealing shorts, halter tops, bathing suits, see-through garments of any type, crop tops, low-cut blouses or dresses, leotards, spandex and miniskirts.
The code stipulates that visitors must wear clothing that’s “appropriate for a large gathering of men, women and young children” and failure to comply could jeopardize future visits.
The 22-year-old rapper is expected to go to trial on September 4 and faces up to life in prison if convicted.
