U.S. Representative for Wyoming, Liz Cheney, who is the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney has fired at British actor, Christian Bale, for linking her father to Satan but the Church of Satan played the devil’s advocate with the British actor.
While receiving his Golden Globe award on Sunday evening for best actor in the film “Vice,” Bale thanked “Satan for giving me inspiration on how to play this role.”
Liz Cheney, in reaction to Bale’s comments then tweeted her reaction to Bale’s comments.
“Satan probably inspired him to do this, too. Christian Bale arrested for ‘assault on mother and sister,’” she said in her post, linking to a story by The Independent.

The Independent newspaper report from July 2008 said Bale’s mother, Jenny, and sister, Sharon, told police in London that he assaulted them at his suite in The Dorchester hotel.
Prosecutors dropped charges against him the next month, saying they found “insufficient evidence” to prosecute the case.
