  • Territory coverage and consistent sales targets delivery and achievements.

  • Prompt resolution of Agent enquiries, complaints, and issues on the field.
  • Promptly report to the appropriate department/units on sales related issues on the field.
  • Gathering and reporting trade intelligence and competitors activities for management decisions.
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutions.
