Watch NBA star, Kobe Bryant net 60 during last basketball game before his retirement



NBA and Los Angeles Lakers star, Kobe Bryant recently played his last basketball game before retirement, after his 20th season with the Lakers – an NBA record for the most seasons with the same team.

Kobe scored 60 points and led his team to come from behind to defeat Utah Jazz at Staples Center on April 13, 2016 in Los Angeles, California.

The Staples Center also broke an industry merchandise record, having sold $1.2 million{over N238m} worth of Kobe merchandise, a single-day sales record for any arena in the world, according to ESPN.

The previous record, was set by Led Zeppelin, who sold $1 million worth of merchandise in London at the O2 Arena on Dec. 10, 2007 during the English rock band’s first full-length concert in three decades

Celebrities including Lamar Odom, Kanye West, Jay Z, Tori Kelly, Magic Johnson, The Weeknd and other NBA stars stepped out to pay tribute to the 37-year-old on his last NBA game.
