News that media personality Hauwa Mukan's 2 year old marriage to husband, musician Keziah Jones had crashed hit the net in February 2014.
2 years later after the breakup, Hauwa has healed and says she will definitely give marriage a second shot.
The former couple got married in January 2012, separated in December 2013 and said living in separate countries contributed to their marriage break up. Keziah traveled a lot for shows and didn't want his wife traveling with him. So he was based mostly in Paris while Hauwa lived at their Gbagada home in Lagos.
The marriage was also Keziah's second failed marriage. He was previously married to singer Akure Wall, but that marriage ended after just two years in 1996.
Here's what Hauwa told Punch in a new interview when they asked her about marriage, how she dealt
with the criticism that came with her marriage crash and misgivings:

I will definitely give marriage a second shot when the time is right. I’ll have to write an entire book on the lessons learnt from my last marriage. But above all, I have found and put my faith in God because that will be the only thing that will allow me to function and go about my day-to-day business with a sense of empathy and forgiveness when others purposely do bad unto you. Such is life. I give thanks regardless of the situation. That’s what I’ve learned.Criticism
Misgivings
I am glad I was not on Instagram, Twitter and very rarely used my Facebook account when my marriage ended. That way I was able to shut out a lot of comments. I became reclusive and purposely avoided environments where I knew people would be talking about it. Having to deal with the situation socially and seeing how it affected not only me but also every individual in my family was really what was most challenging to face in all honesty. But through it all, we all learned and life is good. These days, I am very active on Instagram and a lot has changed.
I have no regrets. Every experience has taught me lessons that I wouldn’t have learnt at school, in church or from my parents. These experiences have created this new me, which I have to step back and marvel at from time to time. This is because I am definitely wiser, happier and much more appealing now than ever before. I am very thankful to God and my family for helping me become the woman I have become.Ideal partner
He must be a God-fearing person. It would also help if he were tall, educated and resembled Idris Elba or the legendary Viking ruler, Ragnar Lothbroke.
