Borussia Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been linked with a move away from Westfalenstadion this summer and it appears that the Armenian is closing in on a move to the Premier League.

British newspaper Sun are claiming that the Dortmund midfielder is looking for a house in London and is close to sealing a transfer to Arsenal.

The Armenian has been on fire this season and is clearly Dortmund’s best player despite Aubameyang being in prolific form. Mkhitaryan has been the orchestrator behind Tuchel’s free flowing Dortmund side and would be a quality addition to Arsene Wenger’s team.

Apparently the Dortmund midfielder is demanding around £8million-a-year to join the Gunners and Arsene Wenger’s side are happy to meet his demands.

With Sanchez and Ozil already at the club, signing Mkhitaryan could take Arsenal to another level next season. If Arsenal managed to pull it off, they would certainly have the best attacking midfield trio in the Premier League.

The report from Sun also states that Mkhitaryan has informed his friends and family that he has made up his mind about a potential Arsenal move and has asked his family to begin the search for properties around London.

Mkhitaryan has 31 goals and assists in 40 games so far this season.

After a midseason slump this year, Arsenal are expected to spend a lot of money this summer and strengthen their side for a title challenge next year.
