Liverpool shift attention towards €35m Brazilian, face competition from Arsenal - originally posted on Soccerlens.com
PSG’s highly rated attacking midfielder Lucas Moura has been in good form this season for the French champions. The Brazilian has scored eight goals and further registered four assists for PSG.
Everything is possible when it comes to his future. He alternates great performances with periods of very bad form. He’s been in a rich vein of form in recent weeks and several clubs have let him know they’d be interested in his signing if he ever decides to leave PSG.
According to reports from Le 10 Sport (magazine version), Premier League Liverpool and Arsenal have registered an interest in signing the Brazilian forward, who would cost around €35m, per transfermrket.com.
Moura can play in all the three attacking positions upfront – right, left and centre – and would be a good addition to the aforementioned Premier League clubs.
He is very good at dribbling and passing, but at the same time very inconsistent with his performances. PSG are looking to sell some of their star players in the summer in order to raise funds to sign top players like Eden Hazard or Robert Lewandowski. Moura has the potential to be a world class player, and may be a change in club would do a world of good for him.
