Guus Hiddink
has lost his first match since returning to Chelsea weeks ago as the
EPL side bowed to a superior PSG team in Paris tonight in a UEFA
Champions league game that ended 2-1.
The host took the lead in the 39th minute after an impressive Zlatan Ibrahimovic strike. The lead was however short-lived as Nigeria’s Mikel Obi equalized for the Blues at the first half stoppage time with a superb finishing to Diego Costa’s corner.
PSG however fired their way to victory with Edinson Cavani scoring a second goal 12 minutes to the end of the match.
Chelsea’s Guus Hiddink has recorded his first defeat and will be hoping to get a revenge against the Laurent Blanc side when they visit Stamford Bridge in a fortnight.
