He also said that the mobile hospitals would help in improving on the health status of the rural dwellers for the overall development of the country.
The three mobile hospitals were distributed to Iggah, Arikya and Fadama Bauna.
They are expected to serve the host communities and other adjoining communities affected by the crises.
"The hospitals are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities ranging from laboratory, theatre and admission ward for patients in critical need of medical attention before they can be taken to referral medical facility.
"These areas where the hospitals are earmarked have most of their medical facilities destroyed as a result of the communal crisis that ravaged some parts of the state in recent years which have affected the health needs of the rural dwellers negatively.
"The mobile hospitals would go a long way in addressing the medical needs of crisis ridden areas such as Iggah, Arikiya and Fadama Bauna which will serve the host communities and other adjoining communities affected by the crises for the benefit of all.
"My administration will continue to provide the necessary facilities needed to the areas affected by the crises, especially in the areas of health and education now that lasting peace has returned to the state," he said.
Al-Makura called on the benefiting communities to take proper care of the mobile hospitals given the service it is expected to render to the affected communities.
He urged the health personnel to be alive in their responsibility in order to save human lives and to improve on the standard of living of the people of the state for the overall development of the country.
On his part, the Emir of Lafia, Alhaji Isah Mustapha Agwai I, thanked the governor for the gesture and prayed God to give him the wisdom to pilot the affairs of the state.
He enjoined traditional rulers in the state to continue to preach peace to their subjects, adding that peace is the necessary requirement for the development of any society.
